Le SPF Finances reprendra ce r\u00f4le \u00e0 partir de 2027. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019autorit\u00e9 Peppol joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la gouvernance, la certification et le bon fonctionnement du r\u00e9seau Peppol. Ce r\u00e9seau constitue la base de la facturation \u00e9lectronique et des futures obligations en mati\u00e8re de reporting. L\u2019extension pr\u00e9vue vers l\u2019e\u2011reporting renforce encore l\u2019importance strat\u00e9gique de ce r\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>Une expertise fiscale renforc\u00e9e<br \/>\nLe choix de confier officiellement ce r\u00f4le au SPF Finances \u00e0 partir de 2027 d\u00e9coule en grande partie du besoin d\u2019une expertise fiscale renforc\u00e9e, notamment depuis la mise en place de l\u2019e-reporting, ce nouveau dispositif consacr\u00e9 aux contr\u00f4les continus des transactions (CTC). Ce domaine ne relevant pas directement des comp\u00e9tences de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 actuelle, le SPF BOSA, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de transf\u00e9rer ce r\u00f4le au SPF Finances par souci de coh\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>Centraliser ce r\u00f4le permettra de :<\/p>\n<p>d\u00e9limiter plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les responsabilit\u00e9s,<br \/>\nmettre en place une prise de d\u00e9cision plus efficace,<br \/>\nsimplifier les processus administratifs pour les entreprises.<br \/>\nLe SPF Finances deviendra ainsi le point de contact central pour l\u2019e-facturation et l\u2019e\u2011reporting.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, une attention particuli\u00e8re est accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la continuit\u00e9. L\u2019expertise et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquises pendant toutes ces ann\u00e9es par le SPF BOSA dans le cadre Peppol resteront une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence importante durant cette phase de transition.<\/p>\n<p>Un cadre Peppol stable<br \/>\nCette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e sur la base d\u2019une analyse approfondie des diff\u00e9rentes options organisationnelles. Dans ce cadre, plusieurs aspects ont notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s, tels que la gouvernance, la faisabilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, l\u2019alignement international ainsi que l\u2019impact pour les entreprises et les prestataires de services. Un principe est pour cela rest\u00e9 central : garantir pour la Belgique un cadre Peppol stable, fiable et tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019avenir, offrant un maximum de simplicit\u00e9 et de clart\u00e9 pour le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le SPF Finances et le SPF BOSA collaborent actuellement \u00e9troitement afin que cette migration et cette extension se d\u00e9roulent de mani\u00e8re structur\u00e9e, juridiquement correcte et op\u00e9rationnellement stable.
